I maintain that he is not immune to a suit challenging his eligibility for election in the forthcoming 2027 Presidential elections. The suit is properly brought as pre-election matter the which is expected to be determined before the election.

Not all cases going to court in a politically charged environment like Nigeria is for jurisprudence. There are other external factors the cases are targeted at for post election adjustments no matter how it turns out

Like El Rufai said and many others, with the right pressure on INEC Tinubu will definitely come third.
