Lovely to see you win sir. Nigerians should vote out hunger, kidnapping, looting and bokoharam come 2027. From 2015 Apc entered everything just going upside down Life becoming harder for Nigerians

Learn to give credit to whom it is due. The main reason Adeleke won his re-election was because Tinubu ensured Free and fair election |

dailybuzzng:Valid observations, you did a good job, this is the template other opposition polical parties need to defeat the evil APC government... ![]() You all already know their game, match them for game to game, even if they use their popular tool of violence, intimidation and rigging, MATCH THEM AND OUTCLASS THEM... ![]() |

All this Ai generated opinions, the only fact is hunger. The people are hungry and angry and that's will be the effect that will determine the coming general election. If they like let them share 50k each or $100, the hungry and angry people will decide their faith. |

stuffs2002:Nonsense , is he meant to do otherwise ?;is he the one that voted ? Nigerians are so used to bad governance that doing the right thing now feels like a favour. |

stuffs2002:Even when he paddlocked LOCAL GOVT ALLOCATION for close to 2 years? When they keep picking up Accord party bigwigs before election, but left APC members to do any how. TINUBU BACKED OUT, WHEN HE NOTICED, ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO IMPOSE AND POSSIBLY, THEY HAVE TOLD HIM SECURITY REPORT, IF HE WENT AHEAD TO IMPOSE AT ALL COST. maybe, the entire south west would have engulfed by now. |

Poor priority placement, number 12 should come first, the people of Osun are the real mvp their cheer power and determination was loud enough. |

Tinubu ensured free & fair elections, if he chose otherwise nothing go happen Oyetola is no 2 Another one is the Fadahunsi factor and Wole Oke. Osun was carved out of Oyo, they are very politically strategic. If its Ogun APC or Ekiti APC would have won That Wole oke is a misnomer, he spent 24 years in the legislature without any footprint of achievements....Esa Oke did not witness any development, all the roads are in terrible shape. Adeleke told him to step down and he got angry and decamped |

Nothing "shifted" in Adeleke's FAVOR. If Adeleke didn't stand a chance, then you can use that word "shifted". Those were the points that solidified Adeleke's victory. APC was never going to win Adeleke in osun state. |

Solid points. I’ve mentioned severally on this platform that I love Tinubu but if the elections were indeed free and fair, he’d lose. The reasons are simple; “His economic policies (less corruption in the government) are on point, but only a few Nigerians consider the long term beneficial effect. The whole lot of others see immediate hunger and we being persons that love immediate gratification are not interested in a long not-so-certain benefit.” So indeed, if democracy is about the majority, the Nigerian majority do not subscribe to hunger and will vote out the government. |

You didn't mention the one and only Jagaban. Go and verify, even Adeleke remembered and thanked him before all these 17. |

stuffs2002:Not even that only.... Adeleke cud pay those pensioners because tinubu tripled states allocation as a result of subsidy removal... Other governors before him cudnt... Not that they were wicked but they never had enof revenue to do so without affecting other areas.... Many were even borrowing loans... |

Forget the write up, Tinubu give it to him. At evening of election day, Davido has been tweeting that Tinubu has killed the democracy, his brother was calling Tinubu to talk to police and INEC chairman. While AMBO was confident of victory with their plan. But Tinubu call make them to shield the plan |

stuffs2002:How did Tinubu do that ? It is not Tinubu's responsibility to ensure free and fair election, he is not INEC. |

A person from a rich home will.most likely make a better leader that the one from a poor home... people dont understand this... the poor ones that come into elected positions are usually mean and wicked , maybe due to what poverty did to them while growing up... people usually think that they are the ones that will understand the poor better and make life better...but its the opposite... thats why u see them give rice , buy wheelbarrow, tell them to go and roast corn ... or eat Agbado .... the ones that grew up in rich homes are more compassionate.... just imagine Davido as president...now compare him with someone like wizkid or burna boy as president We are suffering in this country today cos our leaders were from poor homes |

mcquin:If there are long term benefits for which we should all wait, then let the 'waiting' be across board. That is let the sacrifices be tip to tail. You are not taking from the many and giving it to the few and then claiming everyone is making sacrifices. And this reflects primarily in how government spends. This government is not spending it's big ticket budget, that is Investing in the things that will create jobs, spur industry reduce the cost of living and the cost of doing business. It's big ticket expenses are on contracts to build one tho g or the other, the other big ticket expenditure is on itself by way of recurrent expenditure that has increased exponentially from where his predecessor ballooned it despite the fact the number of people in public service is just a tiny fraction of the Nigerian populace. Nigerians are essentially working to feed, house and cater for government officials. Why would any sane, aware citizen not kick. |

dailybuzzng:True. I agree with especially that number 12. Fearless voters. Seeing people stand up to the nonsense policemen (armed by the way) to defend their votes. Even we were thinking that it might provoke those irresponsible lot to open fire on them. And even if they did, the people will still not be turned back. That is the power of the people. However, opposition parties should not be happy-- because the structure of the APC regarding the Presidential election (which equally worked for Adeleke) is firmly on ground in Osun state. You can imagine even ADC not nearing any possible threat. And the Sowore's party, almost a comedy appearance. I believe it is late for opposition to do any adjustments to their positions now, so even if this Tinubu is a devil, his political manoeuvres and the opposition's selfish interests and lack of political strategy themselves can be said to be the reasons for Tinubu's easy win to a second term- judging from the Osun election. Elections are not won by sentiments. Even coups and revolution alike can never succeed without good strategic structures. |
