i simply confirm that you are not thinking but reacting with emotions. The constitution requires a winner to have overall majority, and over 25% in two-thirds of Nigeria. Only Tinubu met and still meets that spread.
It's like a university requires at least 5 credits for admission. Mr T has 7 credits and is admitted. Mr O has 2 As and others D, E and F. He's not going to be admitted.
