I watched her body mass and l am not really surprised.Being fat or overweight is an increased risk factor to all chronic diseases like diabetes, stroke,High BP,heart failure, premature deaths etc.It accounts for majority of all slump and die reports.What ever you do, never get fat.To those of you that love to drive even to trekkable distances, when you can simply walk to improve your mobility and other body functions,be rest assured that you are causing more harm to your own self and cutting more years to your life.
