The comment section on that TikTok video must be an absolute war zone right now! Cultural shock is a real thing, but people forget that you can take Africans out of Africa, but you can’t completely take the outdoor cooking spirit out of them. Americans are probably losing their minds thinking about neighborhood association rules, while the Somalians are just trying to get that authentic flavor that indoor electric stoves can never give. At the end of the day, as long as they are not breaking any safety laws, it's just pure, harmless cruise.

Anyways, Somalians have been in the US for about 3 decades on Temporary protected status. Trump has recently ended that status, so the people will be on the flight back to Somalia beginning this year. 😒😒

They do not commit an offense, but generally, these things are kept away from public-owned and operated areas for good reason. Also, these things have a way of impacting property value and making people nervous about allowing individuals from certain areas into their neighborhoods. 😒
