If not that banks have invested heavily in cyber security they would be taking hits daily cos every seconds of the day they are being attacked by criminals, even at that they still fall sometimes as hackers get tools too and explore every and any loophole

Nearly all transactions requires authorization as a second level.

The bank knows what happened. It is not external.

Because of things like this, some mallams etc prefer putting their money inside sack and burying in the ground, forgetting it, while the money rots away.

Hoping government/ CBN will allow Nigerians to recover their stolen money using Court Affidavits( cheaper) instead of paying Lawyer N40,000 inorder to be able to recover N120000
