I know tinubu is a bad leader. I do not like Wike, but saying that abuja master plan was strictly enforced before 2023 shows you do not live in Abuja.

The master plan of Abuja was being poorly enforced as far back as the 1990's...when Abacha moved in a mass of people into Abuja beyond the capacity of the city to hold it in the name of moving capital city properly.

EL rufai tried to restore the masterplan, and succeded a bit, but was not ultimately sucessful.

Plus the drainage system is not big enough for the whole city by the way, as it is.

Lookie old boy, NIgeria was not a paradise before 2023. All this giving a k9 a bad name in order to hang it is not an effective means of criticising the regime of wike and Tinubu.
Under the previous govts after el rufai who set the standard, where did you see green areas being bastardised and encroached on with this level of impunity we're currently witnessing?

Also, despite the drainage system being too small for the city infrastructure, when have we had this level of floods in the city centre ?

What is going on now is no coincidence.

Flash flood in Abuja when somewhere closer to Abuja is in need of rain

The problem with you people is you are too local to know what's going on around the world.

Indiana is almost under the water currently. Would you have so many earthquakes around the world without tsunami following?

Imagine, you want to be blaming Wike for this
Do you leave in Abuja or have been to Abuja ?

Wike has sold all the parks and green areas to his cronies, those are landspills that act as waterways. In the past no matter the amount of rainfall Maitama is usually very dey after 3 minutes of downpour.

Make una dey comment logically. Was it Wike that also sold the land in Indiana, USA to be causing flooding.

Make una be reasonable with your opposition

well, by 2019, 70% of designated green areas had disssapeared.(Source, so that you know I am not lying).

Also, flooding has been a thing in the Abuja city. That it is reaching parts of the city right now shows that wike has not addressed the issue, but this thing goes way way back before Wike.

Stop talking trash, does Abuja and India belong to the same geographical area or terrain ?

It's happening to Indiana doesn't mean it's normal to happen in Abuja.

You have no idea on average of how many earthquakes are happening weekly globally. for like 2 months now

Are you also aware that the ring of fire is currently active?

You didn't answer my question, why has the equate not happen in Abuja ?

I didn't miss geography classes in secondary school, so let me explain it in a lay man's language.

Earthquake is mostly caused by the movement of tectonic plates. Part of the land we are living are fractured underneath.
When that occured, the earthquake will trigger tsunami, depends on the location, and magnitude but it's mostly. USA have been having 4. magnitude earthquakes in some areas. Indianapolis, Indiana precisely is not surprised to be flooded currently.

The Colombia earthquake is over 7.0 magnitude, on average of 6.0 magnitude in Asia part

Also the ring of fire is currently active which means there will be constant volcanic eruption, that normally erupt violently, which can also cause earthquake but not in the extent of movement of the tectonic plates.

If there are almost weekly earthquakes in different continent, the tsunamis that will be created will have no choice than to flow across the globe. Nigeria or any other countries don't need to experience earthquakes before flooding. Tsunamis in other places can cause it.

Majority of the threads which I have created and still creating on this forum are mostly for reference purposes. Check the date which I created the thread below about the conspiracy about some strange events happening during or after the world cup
