This is to remind you all that fter gunmen massacred more than 50 people in Angwan Rukuba on Palm Sunday, the President travelled to Plateau State to commiserate with the bereaved.

But rather than go to the communities where the killings happened amd grieve with the families or even visit the injured or see the devastation for himself, the bereaved were brought to the airport to meet him.

Then, in the middle of that condolence meeting, the President told them: “You have no light at the airport, and I have to fly back within the next 10 minutes.”
