Something they must have shown must have been the final straw for her decision or maybe reminded her that nothing is hidden - maybe she had hoped somethings wont be shown. Perhaps the teasing with Ricky to shower together or maybe them showing her trying to drag bathroom door and enter when Gerrard was showering.

Maybe she quickly thought to run away before something truly disgraceful happens that can ruin her rep since she has a lot going on for her outside the house. Anyway, this is just me speculating sha
