Why President Tinubu's Drug Money Case Should Rest by helinues(op):
Is like operating a POS service and kidnapper's money was sent to your account without knowing the source, does that make you part of the kidnapper's

Tinubu was an accountant and at the same time Into money exchange. Someone made an exchange from the proceeds of drug, when he was caught and asked about the money, he told them he has given it to an exchanger which was confirmed in Tinubu's account.

In the said account, the money there as at then was $1m+ but only $460k from the proceeds of drug was forfeited which wasn't Tinubu's lost.

Majority of Nigerians don't know what actually transpired, they have only been arguing blindly.

The opposition and their supporters should stop wasting their time on a dead case

Your analysis is watery sir. Was the account they used for the 460k drug forfeiture a public account? Your guess is as bad as mine, therefore your analysis doesn't make any explanation why that money should be found in that account. According to your analysis, if tinubu saw that the money in his account was fraudulent, why didn't he flag the transaction in the bank?
Inasmuch nothing might come out from it, we also should look at it not from an emotional, political, tribal and religious point of view, let's look at it from a tactical and factual point of view. He forfeited the money because he got caught in drug trade and there's no evidence to state otherwise.

I understand you, but what I am saying is - if the money was fraudulent has Tinubu didn't know who put it there, why didn't he report it?

The money in the account is over a million but only $460k was forfeited.

Tinubu never denied of knowing the owner of the money as that wasn't their first transaction nor the only clients he had

Why are they deliberately wasting their own time by reviving a dead case like this

Because Van Bottle, or whatever the Igbo lobbyist name is, now has to justify the money Atiku gave him seeing as files are no longer in front oft Trump as promised.

He is using Hundeyin’s phantom case as a vehicle to rest his 419 on Atiku on for now.

What I am unclear of is if Hundeyin is aware, I think he is and money has exchanged hands with Hundeyin getting his web developer friends to use AI to spin up at least 3 "news" websites.

It's another poor attempt at resuscitating a non existent case.

I can't wait for the excuses for the postponement tommorow or the BS thing that will come out so that, humility affording, I can help bat the nonsense away with consummate ease.

The question remains, why didn't he report the fraudulent money when it entered his account?
Bro, you need to understand on thing, he couldn't prove that money was a legitimate thing and hence the drug forfeiture issue came up.

You keep doing this thing all the time, read to understand, don't read to respond.
You claimed that someone allegedly sent money to his account. Then why didn't he report the case?

Imagine this scenario........ somebody you don't know sent you 1 billion Naira in your account. You have no idea who sent it. DSS traced the money to your account (kidnapper's Money) they arrested you that you are part of the syndicate, they accused you because they have the evidence of the transaction, they interrogate you on the matter, you said you don't know, but all evidence points to you. The only saving grace you can have is you reported the issue immediately, but you didn't, therefore it will definitely be obvious that your are part of the kidnapping syndicate.

This exactly thing happened to Atiku a few weeks back, someone he doesn't know sent him a huge amount of money and he doesn't know who sent it, he reported the case immediately, why? Because he doesn't want any issue where they will pin a case on him in which he has no dealings with. That's the difference. Atiku reported, Tinubu didn't, and that's why Tinubu is accused of the Forfeiture, if he escalated the matter, he wouldn't.

Can you stop all this watery defense?

Imagine the one below saying I should list the achievements of president Tinubu on this thread.
