About 2 month ago, I woke up around from sleep around few minutes to 12 in the night. I was a little weak but I need to pea so I walk straight into the bathroom with my phone in my hand. On getting to the bathroom, I just noticed by heart beat was pumping very fast and I felt to much discomfort and I remembered I was just looking up. The next thing I noticed was that I stood up from the floor. I never knew the gravity of the fall until I saw the distance between where I was and where my phone was. Not only that, I was close to the toilet zinc when I had that sudden race in heart beat and all the detergents, soap, plastics, toothbrush, toothpaste on top of the zinc were all scatterd on the floor when i stood up. That was when I knew there was a very thin line between life and death. Trust me, you will not even realise you are dead when it happens. May God be with us. Only the living feels the pain and sadness of the dead. The dead doesn't know shit |

You skipped the main one that even regular medical check up may not detect..aortic aneurysm and rupture..that's what killed senator Lindsey Graham Secondly, Cardiac arrest is just a sequelar of something mainly myocardial infarction..have you ever seen someone holding his chest like that video of the jewelry lady in China. She was having myocardial infarction or heart attack It's caused mainly due to blockade of one or more coronary artery by an emboli or thrombi. |

Nigerians hardly go for checkups! They'll rather be living with their diseases until their bodies get overwhelmed and they become emergency cases. Always seek the services of a healthcare professional whenever you're sick. Pharmacists for instance can be consulted without extra charges and they're the closest to you. They can easily detect when things are about to go out of control and refer you appropriately! |

Evaress:How convenient it is for you to dismiss her concerns. There are millions of people out there who lack the resources to access proper health care. Some do not have the money to even have their blood pressure checked let alone run other vital tests. |

Priotize rest in between the amount of work you feel you will still do. I will wash plate, clean my room, rest, wash cloth, go buy gas, rest, cook evening meals. |

I just walked in to the pharmacy to do quick blood sugar level test without any sign or symptom of weakness. The doc/pharmacist saw my test result and was surprised. It was 3.5mmol/L. He said it is low and asked if I'm feeling dizzy. I said no. I just went to do the test casually to check if I'm drifting towards diabetes but got the shock. He told me to go and eat immediately that I shouldn't delay. Now I'm feeling dizzy even after eating. I had to add mineral and biscuits after reading about low sugar level from AI. I don't know if it is the knowledge of having low sugar level that is creating this fuzzy dizzy feeling because I was alright without knowing my sugar level. But I give thanks to God for leading me to do the test. If I had fainted without knowing I had low sugar level, I wouldn't be questioning if it was knowing that my sugar level was low that caused my dizziness. |

Originalsly:I was hoping OP would mention it but he's still in 1998. Nanotechnology in these "shots" interact with telecom 5g/6g signals and can compromise tissues and organs. A kill switch, is a theory that many whistle blowers are touting as the ultimate depopulation strategy. They say it's being randomly tested on people who took the shot. They can make you drop like a sack of beans with a press of button. They just call your "number" from a 5g tower. |

KosiGee:they do these checkups in any nearby pharmacy around. Cost may be just be 3 or 2k. You can eat healthy fruits and vegetables and regular exercise which is cheaper and prevents many illnesses. |

*Why people suddenly slump/collapse in public*. It usually comes down to 1 thing: *the brain or heart suddenly isn’t getting enough blood + oxygen*. *Major Medical Causes* 1. *Cardiac Arrest* Heart stops pumping. Blood + oxygen to brain cut off → person drops instantly. This is the #1 emergency cause. 2. *Stroke* Blood vessel in brain is blocked or bursts. Brain function gets disrupted fast. 3. *Severe High Blood Pressure* Called the "silent killer". Unmanaged hypertension can cause sudden heart/brain failure. 4. *Low Blood Sugar* From skipping meals, intense exercise without food, alcohol on empty stomach. _If someone is conscious_: give Coke, glucose, soda, fruit juice to raise sugar quickly. 5. *Dehydration* Common in hot areas + crowded places like Lagos, markets, buses. No water + heat + long hours = low blood volume → collapse. 6. *Lifestyle Factors* - *Extreme stress + exhaustion*: Body is overworked - *Hidden illnesses*: Undiagnosed diabetes, high cholesterol, weak heart - *Poor habits*: No sleep, bad diet, smoking, heavy alcohol, no exercise - *Ignoring warning signs*: Pushing through dizziness, chest tightness, chronic fatigue *BOTTOM LINE* Most public slumping is a *medical emergency*. *Warning signs to never ignore*: dizziness, chest pain, fast heartbeat, excessive heat, extreme fatigue, uncontrollable sweating. Get checked. Do regular *BP and blood sugar tests* even if you "feel fine". *If you see someone slump* 1. *Call for help immediately* - shout, call 112/ambulance 2. *Check if they’re breathing* 3. *Start CPR if you’re trained* while waiting for help 4. *Loosen tight clothes, lay them flat, raise legs slightly* if you suspect fainting/dehydration and they’re breathing In Nigeria’s heat + traffic + stress, dehydration and low blood sugar are really common triggers. But cardiac issues are the most dangerous. _Note: This is general health information, not a diagnosis. If you or someone has these symptoms, please see a doctor or go to the hospital immediately._ |
