Thanks for being honest. Meaning Tinubu must be a wicked soul for having nothing to offer as everything he ever condemned worsened 10times under him. Meanwhile, after supporting the disaster called Buhari, this imp doubled on the current disaster promax that have made things more worst and worst but have no apology for Jonathan whom they ganged up to remove when they have nothing better to offer. Wicked souls! cc: Helineus, Omenka, Seunmsg, |

The bobo chicago is a conman who pretended to have fought for democracy. Even if he has memory loss, the clowns he hired as special adviser can't even playback his old videos to him. Why? Because he is a sadist. Babablu enjoys watching Nigeria to suffer. |

This man called Tinubu doesn't give a fk about anyone other than his ambition. My only prayer for him is to live long to see the Nigeria he once ruled and receive his own share of backlash. Buhari scattered the country and died. |

Nigeria's Maduro. If KC Luxury plays ball the way this Chicago guy did by snitching and singing his way out before conviction, the same Feds will use him to pull down as many narco Lords as they can. They will definitely protect his records and possibly help him become Nigeria's President in the future. The more you look. |

Just for fun, let him compare hardship under Jonathan and under IBB, or Shagari, or even the first republic. I don't like these comparisons. Largely because they obscure a crucial aspect of NIgeria's problem...lack of a good enough indigenous productive capacity that yields jobs, investment, and more revenue, and even better government.(because why would government run on industries do things that would do away with the goose that lays the golden egg). Instead it celebrates economic growth that was in the long run unsustainable because at the end it was based on high oil prices.... I have been seeing this type of comparison for decades. Back in the 1990's Nigerians used to look back at the 1970's with nostalgia. I can even recall my grandfather talking about how he bought cement for 5 shillings in 1969! And so forth. NIgerians should again look for a leader who would fight corruption, AND develop local indigenous productivity. Not unsustainable economic growth that depends on oyel. Yeah, back in the 1970's a car cost N4000, a loaf of bread cost 50 KOBO, maltina cost 45 kobo and we was living the life...and we could go to leventis and buy foreign stuff cheap. Anyway, at the end people go vote for tinubu, not for a serious minded leader that would give us sustainable economic growth. |

This fella was one of the hardcore APC hardliner that sold the APC defective & deceptive CHAIN mantra under Buhari. He then promoted NEXT LEVEL Shege reloaded. Then also helped to enthrone the catastrophe he is condemning today. People of sophisticated politics. No morals! No conscience. |

Propaganda is a tool used by all politicians. It is part of politics. Even Tinubu and his party rode on it to power. It is not surprising that his opponents are wielding same tool against his govt. But,,,, When his tenure is over, you will all thank God for having him as your president. |

TimiofAbuja:LOl...IT IS Not far enough. As for obasanjo, back in 2004, I heard an old man comparing obasanjo civillan to millitary, when in 1978..one dollar was one naira. You hear the same stories in many monoeconomies. Am sure some Zambians would talk about how times were good when copper prcies were high in 2006-12. And for a long time, Ugandans enjoyed some good times under Idi Amin...when coffee prices shot up in the 1970's. ANd some venezuelans would be singing about how the times were good in the seventies...lol. Nigeria has never had a leader who would take measures to give us sustainable economic growth. |

Tinubu has no solution to the economic situation he caused. He tried fixing the economic drain of subsidy, exchange rate etc but he created more problems and pushed more Nigerians into poverty than any president since Babangida as miltary dictator. What is most perplexing is the wastage and profligacy in government circle reason they are all decamping and singing his mandate. He freed up more funds for government to spend at every level at the expense of the citizens. State government, local government now have 5-7 times what the collect before subsidy removal with little to no oversight. |

Some politicians are desperately and heartlessly hypocritical. Funny how the very hardship Tinubu and all his current supporters lambasted Jonathan about is now 10 times worse, but somehow these people find a way to convince themselves that all is now well and working well. |

Ninety five percent of people supporting Tinubu are facing the same hardship, but for the purpose of being politically correct, they are smiling. How many danfo drivers can make five trips on normal route now, no passengers. People are legging even long distances. Many stores are shutting down. ![]() |

nairalanda1:In 1970 Lanre Adepoju sang " ilu le" and that depicted the hardship that was faced by the citizens. It was further corroborated by Dr. victor Olaiya around 73 or so when he sang "ilu Le o ko sowo lode" Fela sang " why black man dey suffer" in 1970 and Sikiru Ayinde barrister also did his own in that same era when he said "Omo Nigeria ibo la n lo oo, Oselu Nigeria nibo le n kowo wa re" Meanwhile, all these times of their songs we had Dunlop, Michelin, livers brothers, Leventis, bata, and so many conglomerates in the country. Yet those songs happened. I even watched old interviews of many people telling us how hard Nigeria was then. All of them and many others sang about how bd Nigeria was and it catapulted till 80s, 90s and till today. The point is that Nigerians have always been found complaining. Most of the coups that were plotted, the revolutionaries cited economic hardship, among others as their reasons. Nigerians are like this! Things are hard of course but majority of Nigerians have always acted like it's always been hard govt in govt out! |
