Film that worth the hype and praise won’t get it but film like Obsession will be getting it

Only you and a handful of people like that film that you believe is worth the hype. Thousands(Millions) of people like Obsession. That's how it works.

Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Death is not the end in a multiverse.....

.......food for thought!

Saturnalia:
Jason Statham has done it again, although the runtime is short. The ending bad gan.

Same man, same movies, same storylines in all

Thank God. I've silently been wishing for this part 3 to happen for over 8 years. Just when I had moved on, boom, the news comes out. I'm so happy. This franchise is one of my favourite Cage's movies of all time.

Moonlight (2016)

Who is you, Man?

I don't think I have missed seeing an Oscar Best Picture-winning flick in the last 10 years, except for this one, and I really needed to correct that.

The story is about a boy named Chiron, told through three stages of his life. The acts are aptly named after him and his nicknames: "Little," "Chiron," and "Black." Exploring masculinity, loneliness, and the desperate need to be loved. The movie isn't "grand"... the beauty lies in how subtly it tells this story.

Chiron grows up in a world where men are taught to act a certain way to be accepted, and vulnerability is treated as weakness. He eventually builds himself into this version...hardened, tattooed, grills and all...as "Black." But beneath it all, he was still that soft little boy inside, desperately yearning for love and purpose in his life.

And that, for me, is what Moonlight is about....the versions of ourselves we create just to survive.

The cinematography was top work, especially the use of the colour blue throughout.

Mahershala Ali as Juan is one of the shortest appearances in a motion picture with a profound impact on the entire film that I have seen in a while. There is a quote he tells Chiron that captures the latter's struggles. It goes, "In the moonlight... black boys look blue." That becomes a metaphor for Chiron himself: his identity, vulnerability and masculinity are perceived differently depending on the environment and the people around him.

This is such an A24 film in every sense of it. The kind of film that made them one of my favourite studios... literally giving me some of my best movies ever. They might have lost the wheel a little, but I am glad this studio exists.

I enjoyed Moonlight a little more than I thought I would, and it would have been an easy recommend, but some of the subject matter is still taboo here.

But still... special, special film!✨

8/10

As long as homosexuality is involved, I'm not going to watch that shít. That's what has put me off viewing it over the years

The invite.
9/10.

Serious movie wrapped up in comedy. Seth Rogen is as always the bomb in delivering " dry bar" comedy. He had me laughing most of the time particularly when the discussion moved sexual.

I really get the movie the end was particularly deep. The conversation between the couple and prnelope cruz ( been a while I've seen her ).

Olivia wilde killed her role moving from anxious to excitement to resentment and finally quiet supportive acceptance.

Edward Norton was also quite good.

The cast killed his movie and if it weren't for the comedic bits I would have said Oscar in the calling.

Worth a watch yes highly recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed it. A very wholesome, realistic and uncomfortably relatable movie. Pure art.

Old Jason has been typecast, and he doesn't seem to mind as long as the cheques keep coming.

Me self don tire for the man film.
From

The Beekeeper,
Working Man,
Shelter, Mutiny, killer elite
Wrath of Man, the mechanic.

It's always the same plot either he's a former assassin, ex special forces, retired hit man or a bodyguard

Just eat beans and drink.

When asked why he keeps playing the same roles Jason Statham said that he's not really a trained actor. He's a guy that was plucked out obscurity & has been really lucky; & that he picks roles that he knows he can do a good job in, that hopefully enough people like so he can keep working

Previous jobs/careers … backing dancer and high diver. I kid you not.

The acting In mutiny was terrible from him. Almost like he's tired of these movies.

Especially that line at the end.

Boss: What do you want??
Jason Statham: Vengeance!!

He should Just do another transporter movie and turn it to his own 'fast and furious'.

Na him speciality na 🤣. He's not in for awards but money and comfort zone.

Super girl wasn't as bad as they made it out to be.i wonder why so much hate. Its not spectacular but its decent enough for an afternoon flick.

The furious. Empty.

But the choreography was epic. The fat bald headed dude really impressed me being able to move with all that weight.

Devil wears prada 2. I still cannot bring myself to start this movie. I think I'll try the Pitt 1 episode instead

Incredible ....

The film filters every nano sec IQ .
