I don’t know for sure if it’s the government that is responsible for this or the middlemen that is in charge. The so called loan and grant scheme under the Nigerian government doesn’t work. They direct you to website where you fill in your details and then in the process it keeps on frustrating everyone and the website don’t function properly! Now I don’t know if the government is using this to pretend or it’s the people in charge that keeps siphoning the funds. I could remember npower sure p and you win programs that Jonathan and Buhari of late memory both conducted One man at my former workplace gave me a golden piece of advice He said " see you see all those govt programs, they are not reliable, govt will come and go, just get a hand job or work that you will be doing that fetches you constant money, don't rely on govt" At first I didn't fathom what he was saying, so I quit my job and went full into npower, But after some months, they owed us stipends, and I was broke, I had to go back to my former workplace and beg for my job back!
