YAYA TOURÉ MAKES CHAMPIONS LEAGUE HISTORY.

Following Slovan Bratislava’s qualification against Celje, Yaya Touré has become the first African coach to lead a team into the Champions League league phase!

Nigerian Ndubuisi Egbo made history in 2020 as the first African coach to manage a club in the Champions League with KF Tirana, but his side did not reach the league phase.

Now, Yaya has taken it one step further. History made.

That's good news for Africa.

Great player during his time. Plenty of confidence with the ball.

You even don add more
His students as their manager or what. How many of them were even part of his coaching crew.
Some do not even played long under him as a player in the team
Only Xavi and Arteta is close to having any tutelage under him, others are not close in any way, they were not part his his coaching crew, and used very insignificant part of their playing career with him

I am always seeing yaya toure ad every night, before human reproduction documentaries

Okocha still de do bet advert

Guardiola didn't use Yaya toure very much, he preferred busquets to him during hrs time at barca and also at man city, he also didn't used him much. He brought in Gundogan, de bryne and others, ots kolo toure the elder brother of yaya toure, that's working with guardiola at man city

Wow! Impressive stat ,

he was never his one of students

Man City keeps producing excellence...!

I pray he succeeds and gets to coach at the bigger stage and leagues.

Not every good player replicates the same in coaching... Just ask the following:

Wayne Rooney
Gary Neville
Paul Scholes
Etc.

On a scale of all time Greats were was he, on a scale of 1 - 10?

No, Yaya Toure isn't a tikitaka person like that of Guardiola, he is more of a move and hit, not the counter system of the likes of Jose M. That's the cause of his issues with Guardiola
He believes in hit it when there is an opportunity irrespective of where the opportunity is, Guardiola is particular about where the opportunity is, don't just hit it

If you no dey watch ball, dey view comments and pass...

Pep manage Yaya at Barca and at City
