I have an item that is yet to be cleared by custom.
Custom clearance started on the 20th
Thing is, 2 other items with the same custom clearance date(though, different time of the day) have been cleared and delivered, but this one hasn't moved.
First time experiencing this. Has anyone had such experience?

Don't waste your time. If you desperately need a gadget and the seller will not ship out of mainland China, use 3rd party services.

I ordered 2 basic phone from TCL Store, and a smartwatch from Black shark official.{all shipped separately)
At the time they were shipped, this was the tracking number format (CNG************)
Then few days later it changed to (LA*********AE) which are alternate.
Was surprised it was not Malaysia post. Did a little finding and discovered it's Emirates post.
For some days it didn't move after leaving sorting center, until September 2 when it updated to "awaiting flight".

So on September 3, I got 3 mail from speedaf with 3 different tracking numbers with "order has been inbounded" update (it was strange to me because all my other order, about 4 shipped by speedaf, were already enroute to destination country, and the tracking number differed.)
Unlike the regular NG**********R, it only started with NG followed by numbers, (NG***********), like tracking number issued when I use speedaf for interstate delivery.
So I figured out it was for the 3 order being handled by Emirates post.
The speedaf tracking number was not updated on the order on AE. (as at the time of posting this it's still LA*********AE)
I have been following up on the order by tracking it on Speedaf.com, and it arrived yesterday and currently at custom.
The emirates post tracking number on AE just got updated today. From "awaiting flight" which was the last update on September 2 to "import custom clearance started" on September 10.
If it clears custom today, should be delivered tomorrow.

I don't know if this is a new development, where Emirate Post will be partnering with speedaf to deliver Nipost bound item to Nigeria, but if it is, then our awful days with Nipost has come to an end

It looks like many stuffs are missing when you search on Aliexpress unlike before i tried searching Mi TV BOX and Mi TV Stick none brings result only other similar products

Most of the stores no longer ship to Nigeria. Technically, Nigeria has been banned by most AliExpress stores. A lot of missing items or delayed delivery leading to enormous refund request led to this.
