The one that is happening to me now has never happened before. Previously when I go to work, I just take my ODU sim and slot it inside the 4G smartbox. Wasn't fast but generally got the job done.

Needed faster internet at work today so for the first time I took my entire ODU setup to work. It performed flawlessly there. Now I don come back e no gree work again. Connected, no internet.

Called a friend living in my area, said his works perfectly. Even put the sim Back to the 4G smartbox, slow but still working. Put it back to ODU, no show. Reset the IDU, nothing.

I felt maybe one of the Ethernet cables bent in transit and spoiled. I rushed to the market and got a new set of Ethernet cables for 5k. Still nothing. I'm tired. I can't even Access the ODU IP.

This is pointing to hardware problem. At least Airtel can be exonerated in this one.

Is there any known reason why you couldn't access the ODU ip? Understand that resetting the IDU doesn't help with Internet issue troubleshooting at all. So your focus should be on the ODU.

Start by physically resetting it by pressing the reset button at the bottom with a pin.

I'm having the website issue right now and I have tried changing the DNS from my android phone but nothing has worked. I'm using the ZLT model and I can't find a way to change the DNS there. Please any solution?

virtually all the sites I visited. fast dot com for example. But it's working now. Didn't do anything other than calling Airtel and informing them of the issue

Go to device settings and then DHCP Settings. Change the primary DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8.

Someone should please recommend add-ons for Stremio and Nuvio strictly for movies and Series. I only have Torrentio which works fine but for movies with very low seeders e.g 1, it's impossible to Stream smoothly.
