A self-styled "Flagboy" has publicly declared his departure from the New Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) and support for Peter Obi by setting an NDC flag and Peter Obi-branded merchandise on fire.

The man made the declaration while burning the political materials, directing the act at "Mama Pee."

"Mama Pee, I have left Peter Obi and NDC for you. Eat it."he said
