The Trump adminstration is seeking to declare an outdated maritime marshal law known as Prize law as a legal backing in boarding vessels carrying Iranian oil and from there confiscating it.

In short, Prize law is simply Piracy on the High Seas declared by a warring party on any vessel flying under the flag of an adversary.

I wrote about this a few years back that the US and UK Naval flotillas will revert to their original purpose in future once BRICS upstages the western financial middlemen role and their banking system.

I wrote also that this was foreseen by China and that's why they invested heavily into their New Silk Road project that aims to build trade routes along land connecting countries via expansive road and rail networks primarily to avoid the Judeo-Masonic privacy and terrorism on the high seas.

Now Trump will soon declare Prize Law as part of ROE for US Naval forces to board and seize any vessel, it's cargo and crew linked to moving Iranian oil.

The reason for this is because Washington is getting frustrated that their sanctions on Iranian oil are being ignored even by their allies .

Also, pre existing law demands that the US must seek a final forfeiture of any Iranian oil cargo first from a US Federal judge.

Such legal inconveniences are not in Trump's style so he has decided as POTUS to issue a General Order to the US Navy and all US military branches including the US Coast Guard to treat any vessel ferrying Iranian oil out of Iran as a legitimate enemy target that must be seized.

But there's one thing Trump is missing before he can activate his Prize law and that is that , the US must have declared war on Iran before he can order such law and any other war time directives.

Trump is yet to get US Congressional permission to declare war on Iran because he knows he won't get it .

How he hopes to activate his piracy operation by reducing the US Navy to a full pirate force without a war declaration granted by Congress only Trump can say.

So the United States are now turning to United pirates

He just lost the case to overturn his conviction yesterday. With few days to US election, he will chicken out and soon as Democrats take over their parliament, he is done for. If he wins, he will spend time dealing with rioters on the streets of US.

Americans deserve him so they can not complain.


Iran has proven over and over that it can defend itself. If Iran ships suffer piracy then US and gulf countries' ships will too. Every country has its own equivalent of Prize law. They will invoke it too. Even Somalia will take its piracy to mainstream.

China did not abandon the sea to US. Actually, China took over the shipping and marine business from the west. China dominates ship building and most of it supplies what the US call "dark fleet". China is steady and strategic. Even Trump has come to that reality that there is no longer a unipolar world.

The country to watch out for is Japan. I see Japan making a comeback and realligning with China. If Japan could settle with US that dropped nuclear bombs on its land, it can settle with China too.
