We have come to a point in our lives where we need to sit back and ask ourselves a vital question: Is Alex Otti really working and fixing Abia, or is he simply thriving on the existing infrastructure left behind by past administrations? Is he hiding behind the embarrassments of previous sons of Abia who failed their motherland?

This is the time for us all to wake up and start asking the necessary questions.

What legacy has Alex Otti laid from foundation to finish in Abia State? From my own assessment, he has done nothing.

Alex Otti promised us 51 smart schools at the cost of ₦54 billion, and he claimed that he paid the contractors upfront. Two years later, he is only presenting two poorly renovated schools in a rural area like ubakala, alongside one other renovated facility. Now, my question is: Where is our ₦54 billion?

Alex, you claimed to have paid pensioners, yet I am reliably informed that your administration already owes pensioners over ₦11 billion that accumulated under your watch. My question to you is: Why rejoice over clearing the bills of past governments when, in just three and a half years, your own government has run up a debt of over ₦11 billion?

Alex, I also understand that civil servants have not received any promotions since you emerged as governor. Why is that?

I want to use this opportunity to speak directly to our brothers and sisters in the diaspora. Please, do not be deceived by what you see on social media. Alex Otti is not exactly who he portrays himself to be online. He is a heartless man who has decided that the welfare of the people is not his primary concern. He is simply leveraging the hatred you have gathered over decades against previous governments,those who milked Abia dry in order to escape accountability today.

It is time to open our eyes. If Alex, in three and a half years, could not build even a single runway so that Abia could own its own airport, do you honestly think he will do it in another four years? Alex Otti is a packaged fraud, and we, the people of Abia, must hold him accountable.

It's obvious you don't know the meaning of protege. Because Otti ported to LP in 2023, that means he's Obi's protege?

Alex Otti is not a baby in politics. Alex Otti contested Abia governorship election in 2015 and 2019 under PDP and APGA respectively. So don't bring that protege nonsense.

Today, Otti no longer supports Obi and the only respect he has for him is because he won the governorship under LP in 2023.

Obi has zero protege in politics. He's selfish like that. You can't even pinpoint a single person working with him today that worked with him when he was governor of Anambra.
