23-year-old Nigerian midfielder Lasisi Adewale Adebayo, popularly known as “Waley,” has joined Spanish club Atlético Teresiano after his spell with Albanian side KF Turbina.

The move represents another step in the young midfielder’s European football journey, taking him from Nigeria to Albania and now to Spain

Adebayo was born on 25 May 2003 in Lagos, Nigeria, and is listed as an attacking midfielder, although he can also operate from the left side of midfield. Transfermarkt lists him at 1.58m and as a right-footed player.

Before moving to Spain, Adebayo had been with KF Turbina in Albania, where he joined in July 2025. His transfer to Atlético Teresiano therefore gives him an opportunity to continue developing his career in another European football environment.
