lionshare:Well, I have. The people paying a cost reflective tarrif are those on band A who are in the minority. If you are not on band A, you are underpaying for power, regardless of band. What the government let them do was raise prices for bands B, C and D , and maybe E. But the price increase is not up to cost reflective levels. Your post proves my point. Come back when everyone is paying N200 and above per kwh for power, and has been doing so for some months, regardless of band, and maybe you may have an argument. |

Abia is not the only state with electric regulating autonomy why are other states managing there's properly it's all boils down to embezzlement, mismanagement and poor accountability.with a state budget of 38 billion naira coupled with FAAC allocations Abians don't deserve to be in this menace and that is the truth. If you need more information about distribution and management by NERC read this https://newtelegraphng.com/fg-stops-electricity-subsidy-payments-in-states-with-market-autonomy-cuts-annual-bill/

Look at these amateur propagandists up there deceiving themselves. The same person replying to himself with different handles. All their accounts were created the same year and within the same month. This is how they attempt to enthrone bad government with their dis*g#usting childish propaganda. |

Nduka172:Be honest with yourself. What is the business of Alex Otti with that? Apparently you do not have the faintest idea how these things work. The Governor played his part ensuring that Geometric started work. How do you want to force his hand when the FG has not performed well with gas supply? Are you not aware that all states are complaining of the same problem? Ask those who are supplied by IKEDC if the company recently did not update the consumers about the current electricity situation and why there’s a disruption in the system. You even make the futile attempt of discrediting a man whose opponents in the next election surrendered and asked their supporters to vote for him, seeing that he is unbeatable? No be only “staggering 38billion”. If Ikpeazu did one twentieth of what Otti has achieved in three years, even in his Senatorial zone, Abia state would have been much better, when Otti’s efforts are added. |

ElevationD:I have used this little opportunity to ascertain your i.q,you look at Otti that is not far away from a court proceeding with Abure over LP goversnoship candidacy mind you Abia has two goversnoship aspirants under LP Then we talk about Peter obi dividing the red Sea =The division between obidients most would go to move NDC because of Peter Obi and support his party candidate because obi can never campaign for Otti (no wave) So Otti would be left with what? When Abia LG workers and other prastatals hate him due to lack of promotion and least paid in the south east or teachers he gave audio money. Otti is in hot soup and OUK vouching just to make his re-election easier doesn't help don't let what happened in osun deceive you there's no davido in Abia. |

Nduka172:“I have used this little opportunity to ascertain your i.q”. Abeg which IQ did you use in ascertaining others, with this your lack of basic knowledge about political calculations? When politics is discussed, permutations and arithmetics are the tools used and not ordinary wishes and speculations. If you have personal hatred for Mr. Alex Otti, do not hesitate to express yourself. If you feel angered at the state of electricity in Abia state, you need to get in contact with the appropriate organizations and not not hold the Governor responsible. Do not let your bitterness be loud your sense of fairness and good judgement. If majority of Abia people are happy with the man, then you must change your minority voice, join the bandwagon of Me. Alex Otti to make Abia state beautiful and livable. It is very easy to see that you do not have the faintest idea of events within the Labour Party. If Abia state has two candidates, why is Alex Otti recognized by INEC? Or to your little mind, INEC recognizes two candidates from the same party for the same position? Are you not aware that INEC long recognized the Alex Otti faction, with your favorite Abure wasting his time. Have you heard of or from Abure since Obi left the party? No one expects the whole of the people of Abia state to offer their support for Alex Otti or any other aspirant to the office. That’s why there are different parties and candidates offering themselves. The people decide their preferred candidate and it is done through the ballot box on election day. Alex Otti won overwhelmingly in 2023 because the citizens were no longer in the mood to tolerate the failures of previous governors and their wicked ways. Obviously majority of the citizens are behind Alex Otti for a return and Obi for the President. Alex Otti has made his mark and it is up to the electorate to return him. So if people like you who see white and call it black, choose to look at Alex Otti as non performing, then something is wrong somewhere with you all. Apparently, you are the type who choose horrible leaders, whose stock in trade is to embezzle your common patrimony, while leaving you stranded in the land of poverty. I advice you to join the happy people of Abia state to return Alex Otti. Leave the Egypt holding you back, which is the man who built that center table called a bridge for countless years as the Governor of the state. |

ElevationD:You're talking like as if your opinion is the opinion of Abians in general,If I give you evidence of how even Alex Otti is embezzling government funds which there's substantial proof,What would be your reaction. Mind you LP leadership crisis is a very serious issue and why have the court not struck out the case (e go shock you ) Mean while Peter Obi would divide red Sea (NDC obidients vs LP obidients) and large number of woke Abians would vote for the promise land, which you're aware of. Nduka172:“You’re talking as if your opinion is the opinion of Abians in general…”. Can you even imagine what you said? But you already were condemning Mr. Alex Otti as if your opinion represented that of all Abians. Always read clearly with understanding before making comments. If you read my previous comment, you’d have found that I clearly stated that Abians have choices of candidates and Mr. Alex Otti is one of them. You are free to vote your conscience, just like those who believe in Mr. Alex Otti. Young man, mind your words on social media spaces, otherwise you will run into trouble. You claimed with no evidence whatsoever that Mr. Alex Otti is embezzling public funds and there’s “substantial proof”. If you are held accountable, you will cry and beg. You are neither EFCC nor ICPC. They are in charge of such issues. The f you find any evidence, you are free to present them to the bodies in charge. Until then, continue to have the presence of the ever faithful Mr. Alex Otti as the Governor of the great people of Abia state. Do not talk about the state of affairs with LP, NDC or Mr. Peter Obi. You do not seem to me to have a grasp of the affairs. Enjoy yourself. |

ElevationD:I don't understand you too well but if you were Peter Obi you'll be happy Alex Otti presented a presidential candidate to deplete Peter Obi votes in South east & abiA I don't know how you see it but is pure sabotage and if you're so sure about Otti why did he make a compulsory campaign advert fee to reduce the influence of other political parties & also too exhorbitant that even his LP bonafides can't afford else their looting You don't know Alex Otti like I do 😎I'm residing in ABA and there's nothing you can tell me about the Abia political sphere. This time around there's no obi wave! |
