See let me hint you on something I found out about how people of the SE relate with their elected officials.

Since their states have the lowest tax revenue and least taxed population, the people do not in anyway care how their elected officials manage state resources.

The unwritten rule is that the governor is entitled to get return on his investment in contesting and winning an election and that since the money is not from their pockets and regions but free money from Abuja , the governor can do as he pleases with it with the one condition that he doesn't tax them.

Politics and public service is seen as a business down there so they expect their governors to help themselves .

That is why you will always see them dragging who is President and governors of other states notably Lagos ,Delta, Rivers and Akwa Ibom but will remain silent on their own.


Their hypocritical anti corruption does not apply in their states . That charity is only extended to the Presidency and other states.

This is why a state like Abia has produced the worst of the worst back to back since 1999 and they will still get supporters praising them .
Just tune your radio to any political radio talk show and you will see that 90% of the opinionated callers are from the SE and they have an opinion on the FG and Presidency but you will never ever hear them complain about the rot in their states.

The governors will simply blame it on FG neglecting and marginalising SE . It was until Solodu and Umahi and now Mbah of Enugu that began doing the right thing .

I give also the past governor of Enugu a very high mark as he tried in rural roads but Mbah remains the best governor to ever have governed the SE. Not only is he investing heavily in roads but he is investing in improving public schools, healthcare delivery and is also widening the tax gap so that the people get involved in developing their state.

As per Obi, we knew that at one time here , Anambra and Abia indigenes were arguing amongst themselves that their respective governors of Obi and Theodore Orji was the worst ever.

Gabriella Investments Limited (named after Obi's then 17y old daughter) was incorporated on November 17, 2010, in the British Virgin Islands, and was later renamed PMGG Investments Limited in February 2017.

PMGG stands for Peter Margaret Gabrielle Giringori Gregory.

A trust called The Gabriella Settlement was also created in the BVI to hold family assets.


Giringori was governor of Anambra when these accounts were opened.

The Panama leaks provided the dates of incorporation of the accounts, the name in the account and the real persons behind it.

If you like shove your head deep up your own ass, the truth and fact is that the BVI account was opened in 2010 when Giringori was serving his first term as governor and preparing for his second term re election.

Was the account and insurance package in the event he lost the re election?.

And we do know the account remained functioning up till 2017 when he applied to charge it's name from Gabrielle Investments Ltd to PMGG ltd.
