40k or 400k? With all due respect bro, this is why scammers target people. 40k doesn't even buy a year's worth of hosting talkless the time and resources a developer would put into developing this.

Before going into this business please take your time to research what it cost to develop and run it. Don't ever pay anyone promising they could do it even for 100k it's a scam!

With 80k budget, I'd recommend that you start your platform mainly as an affiliate or directory for other VTU platforms.

In fact, this could be a good marketing move for you. People discovering VTUs and payment platforms through yours will tend to trust yours more.

It also introduced you to the nitty-gritty of running a business in that niche. When you eventuallyaunch your own platform or app, you already u derstand the technicality involved and you already have a audience to market to.

If you really wanna do serious marketing for your digital store, affiliate or any other type of marketing (like SEO, LLM visibility, etc) you need your own website and self hosted frontend. The advantages are numerous.
