Nigerians can be very intelligent and startlingly cerebral people. But they can also be profoundly ignorant, abysmally short sighted, unfathomably self destructive, stupenduously dh_u_m_b and phenomenally stoo_p_i_d. This is the case right now with the ongoing Chinese invasion and takeover of Nigeria's small scale enterprise space. This takeover is not only economic, it is also an insult, a slight and a slap in the face of Nigeria and the black race in general. I am stunned speechless at the level of shocking ignorance and recklessness with which Nigerians embrace and encourage the Chinese trampling upon Nigeria, its peoples, its pride, its prestige and its sovereignty. It is a truly colossal and mind numbing stoo_pi-dity. The truth is that the Chinese will NEVER allow any group of foreigners (especially blacks) to invade and occupy its domestic trade space. The various farcical visas it gives to Nigerians and other foreigners to stay in China are severely short termed (mostly to 1 year, in rare cases 2 years), extremely expensive to renew yearly, deliberately extortionist and designed to repel foreigners. Additionally, the visas are particularly restrictive against foreigners ability to operate freely in China. The rules are particularly stringent against foreigners who want to engage in any kind of business activity in China. The government requirements range from stipulating that local Chinese citizens be given equal or controlling stake in the business to mandatory employment of Chinese citizens in the business. Not to mention prohibitions and limitations placed on foreigners access to forex and repatriation of funds. The restrictions against foreigners are limitless, stringent and enforced with brutal efficiency. Socially, the Chinese are condescending and prejudiced against blacks. Very racist and resentful towards people of black skin color. Their resentment is pervasive, unspoken and deeply embedded in their attitude and body language towards black people. It is not uncommon to see a Chinese get up and move away from a black person who comes into the train and sits beside them. Some hold their noses in disgust when a black person enters the train. Some will simply start talking, laughing and pointing when they see a black person in public in their country. Very wicked set of people! This is why it is so sad and painful to see ignorant Nigerians welcoming these brood of ruthless, unethical, brazenly unscrupulous, exploitative, extortionist, deceitful, shady and greedy human beings into their midst. A future rude awakening awaits Nigerians and other societies that welcome these greedy dragons into their midst without heavily enforced controls, restrictions and regulations. They initially come with smiles, jokes and give a few crumbs (bribes, construction projects etc) in order to gain access and penetrate. Then they will slowly leech the economy and the nation's resources and take everything back to their country. This is the Chinese way. This is the Chinese character.....to take from you what belongs to you. Only stiff government policy crackdown and mass resistance will stop them. Otherwise, Nigerians are in for a vicious mauling by the Dragon from the Far East! |

South Africans don kpaid her, so pathetic. I just want to implore Nigerian to shelve that mentality that they rather die overseas than returning to their fatherland. Nigeria is fun to be, na politicians and by extension most Nigerians spoil am. Over 200 millions are living here with no problem except in some cases where we have insecurities. That plan you want to explore in overseas, explore it here in Nigeria, the multiple jobs you plan to take their, do them here and plan ahead. Don't prioritise traveling abroad, the opportunity may never come and if it does, you aren't sure if it is going to favour you. Peace ✌️ |

Gotocourt:Below is what one of her family members said. A family member, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told the publication that the lecturer’s death was not natural and the circumstances remained unclear to the family. The family had asked for an investigation into her death. |

This is how the xenophobic mindset usually starts, by rousing fellow citizens to hate or dislike other group of people. Now they have answered the call of whoever was engineering them and taken the life of a Nigerian. What a man sows, that shall he reap, God cannot be mocked. foodlum: |
