Here is the transcript of the roughly 9–10 minute audio conversation circulating from the post (the recording Sandra C. Duru / Prof. Mgbeke released and described as a “sneak peek”)

Duru presents the male voice as Senate President Godswill Akpabio; she is the other participant (often responding “yes daddy,” “yes sir,” etc.).

Duru framed the release as only a preview of more material. Both Akpabio and Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan have so far declined public comment on this particular recording, according to reports from 20 September 2026.

that's a lie. IBB has nothing to do with that mining site. I used to live in that area. In Tunga, Minna. It's a stream where people go mine gold since 80s and 90s. There is no mining company there till today. Just that they became unruly as civil defense has been chasing them away when the issue of illegal mining came up

boys have been mining gold in that site in minna since 80s. It's a place I know very well. No mining company just boys going there to mine gold without issues until NSDC was established and issue of illegal mining came up. Im sure IBB doesn't even know that location.

Poor people do not mine and own solid minerals like gold in Nigeria. They mine for the site owners. The same where terrorists protect the sites for the rich owners in Zamfara, Sokoto, Niger, Katsina, and the Chinese are the mining contractors. Mining sites are like oil wells.
