But same Peter Obi was packaging budgets throughout his 8ys to include funding the water board and it's staff salaries and emoluments .

So where did the approved money for the water works go to since obi did not invest in capital projects and in paying staff salaries.

That means the entire Anambra did not have a functioning water board throughout the 8ys of Peter Obi and same Peter Obi was drawing funds for same Water Board and not paying the staff or investing in the entire operations .

And this one is telling us Willie Obiano settled the staff and pensioners and saying he doesn't know why the matter is being brought up after Obiano cleared the salaries and pensions of the staff.

You see how wicked and evil those supporting Obi are.

Obi met anambra at a very bad state there's absolutely no way he would have completely transformed all areas within eight years in office govt is a continous process wherever obi stopped his predecessors are supposed to have carried on from there and contribute their own quotas and not turn it into a political weapon against obi. Am very sure soludo himself won't be able to completely transform every sector in anambra before finally leaving office, there will definitely still be areas were improvement will be needed.
