Once in a while men are tried with affliction. According to the Quran Surah Baqarah verse 155: “We will certainly test you with a touch of fear and famine and loss of property, life, and crops. Give good news to those who patiently endure.” Every man must be tried as this planet is a test zone. The mistake he makes is he rushes to traditionalists to help him end his troubles which are just temporary. Let me use a little analysis to describe the case of man when he rushes to traditionalists during trial. According to surah Tin verse 4 - 7: “We have indeed created man in the best of moulds, Then do We abase him (to be) the lowest of the low,- Except such as believe and do righteous deeds: For they shall have a reward unfailing. The above means as you were in perfect status before Allah struck you with affliction. If you are patient enough and worship him wholeheartedly during this period Allah will elevate you back to your former status then above it to a far greater status. However if you visit traditionalists to help you with you with your situation then you will continue to deteriorate instead of elevating. If you noticed, for those who have gone through trial and came out, you will realize you didn’t really do anything new to be free from the affliction. All you did was to think of where you sinned or those things you previously did but stopped. In a nutshell Allah reduces you so that He can elevate you but you have to be patient and worship him only. |

Even Mohamed visited Waraqah ibn Nawfal when he Mohammed was confused. Waraqah ibn Nawfal was a Christian and also a Jew but Mohammed went to him for spiritual solutions. He Mohammed even went to borrow money from the Jews towards the tail end of his life. |

tunnyl:It's one thing to say something and it's another thing to do it. You in particular have done many things in times of difficulties and uncertainties. You may deny it openly but you know what you do. |

tunnyl:Amyin.May we not be faced with temptation that can affect our faith. I read a story recently and I understand the meaning. It has to do with prof. Ishaq Oloyede when he was leaving office. Please try to read and see what he said. He said being in that office has affected his faith. I think you know the meaning. |

duro4chang:I will surely look it up soon. But one thing Ihave noticed and i can say with my full chest is that Allah follows us bumper to bumper and he gives us exactly what we need when we need it. If you are patient. Its just that he answers us mostly during the situation Infact few hours into the situation or few days and sometimes we are in a very terrifying situation and not even know he just inspires us to pray a certain prayer bit we dont know the reason why. I know its not easy to be patient especially during spiritual warfare theres a way the enemy will come at you scattering the place like a very heavy windstorm. He no go touch u o. He never touch you o. But u sef go shake you look seh wetin be the one. But its just bragado! Nothing dey there but if u mistakenly go to babalawo to save you from them then gou just turned the evil illusion into reality. You know whats funny?. You will still go back home as someone who is disliked by people just that this time around the devilish mafia wey tou join go help you. People don’t understand that when people hate you or you are tested with corruption its not because you are holy. it’s because people dont like people who look and act better than them. It aggravates their demons a lot. In the case of prof Oloyede God raised him very high and placed him among demonic people just like our prophet in situations like that wisdom and Tawba is very necessary at all times. Lastly the higest sin is associating partner with Allah but in case of politics and corruption, etc wisdom is required. Allah can forgive these sins if he wills as lokg as he keeps seeking forgiveness but if you go and collect protection Jazz that’s the sin |

tunnyl:To some extent I want to believe you but there are some miseries here on earth we don't understand. So many things just happen the way we can understand or explain. I will just say one and stop talking You see a person who dedicate his life to serve God but then struggles till he dies. You see another one who dedicates his life to God and prospers till he dies. You see a man who doesn't know God and prospers You see another man who doesn't know God and doesn't prosper. |

duro4chang:Allah sometimes randomly bless people According to this ayat: That Allah may reward them according to the best of their deeds, and add even more for them out of His Grace: for Allah doth provide for those whom He will, without account. (Surah Noor verse 38) |
