No matter how heavy the fine may be, it won't really punish them for the unfair advantage they had from those 114 breaches.

Maybe if they get heavy point deductions it may mean something sha. I just feel they really need to be punished , if not people will just think there's something fishy for them to have gotten a slap-on-the-wrist sanction.
