Hello Everyone,

So I have this scalp condition whereby my whole scalp is filled with little bumps mostly filled with pus and blood and is usually very very itchy especially in the evenings. I have tried quite a number of hair products from damatol to indian hemp to other hair products but it's not healing. I have also tried some anti viral, anti bacterial and anti fungal drugs as prescribed by my physician to no avail. I have even had to change my personal barbing kit yet this problem persist. Sometimes it dries up and leaves dried bumps then fresh bumps come up.

Has anyone experienced this condition before? How did you treat it?

It bothers me because I cannot easily get a haircut for the fear of the barber injuring me.

N.B: I have my personal barning kit. I do not share with anyone.

I haven't exactly conquered it till date but I would say it has reduced significantly. I have tried all sorts along the line from dermatol to Ketaconozole 1% and 2% to treating fungi. I booked an appointment to see a dermatologist at FMC Abuja so they can do a scrap test on the scalp but haven't been able to see one till date. They rather refered me to a regular doc.

Have you resolved yours?? What did you use?

Go to a hospital

Eat once daily , your immune system will heal it without medication. Fasting is so great that it heals faster than any drug

find that leaf , add 3 table spoon of water, and salt to it and squeeze out the juice and apply it to the affected area , you will come and thank us later, apply everyday for a week

Oga stop barbing with blade.

Use Tydineal Cream every time you have your hair cut for couple of days till the hair grows. Do that’s consistently, keep your hands off your head, resist the urge to scratch. It has helped me though

scrape your hair
use tetmosol SOap de rub am before you sleep after bath..
wake up immediately run am put before bath ..
use tetmosol continuously for months..
that's all...

and maybe vitamin C and ampicillin along aside

Very true. I used that on mine. But you'll apply it not for a week or a month. Use it for almost a year. 3 to 4 tubes. It will disappear.

Lol it's my MO lately cos I noticed my stomach is adding since I've been off the gym and I just can't afford to look like where it's going, but once a day eating won't give you ulcer if you don't already have it na... All these guys sef

Some of these conditions, even health experts never find solution. My elder have had this scalp condition wey worse pass this since childhood, e still dey , nothing wey e never use . At times e go subside, at other times head go just full of tiny lumps com black after itching/scratching.

Most likely seborrheic dermatitis. The severe type. If indeed this is Seborrheic dermatitis, my advice is to avoid the Internet and suggested therapies. They hardly ever help and may make things worse.

To improve your confidence, grow out your hair (ie if you are not bald) and keep a low cut to hide the bumps and scars.

Wash your scalp everyday with a mild soap like imperial lather, preferably morning and night to reduce itching.

I will try it on the dry spots that looks like enzyma around my nose since about 15 years now

It's called Asunrun Oyinbo or Asunwon depending on your dialect.
There is another variant Asunrun Egba
