The OP has made a very strong case of duality and double standards on the part of Coscharis motors involving Stella Odua's inflated invoice and that of the Plateau governor's case.

Why is Cosmas telling us that he refused to inflate on request the original selling price of a vehicle about to be purchased by the Plateau state govt but went ahead to inflate the cost on request from staff at the NCAA obviously working as proxies to Odua to increase the cost of vehicles he was about to supply to the agency ?

You guys only see corruption in others but when it involves your people you will start whataboutism and your usual persecution and victimhood complex.

My point is that Maduka is not in any position to preach when he was caught doing same thing without care for Stella Odua.

So why is it ok to round trip for Stella but not for Plateau state govt officials ?

Why was one alleged request something Maduka says he rejected, while the other became a transaction that Coscharis completed?

That question does not prove tribalism. It does not prove that Maduka protected Oduah. And it does not prove that the Plateau allegation is true. But it is a legitimate question about consistency.

There is no such thing as moral standards or principles.
The word principle is used to fit in certain aspects. But on a larger scale, people just care about their business.

If he should preach, he shouldn't have selective amnesia when recalling how corrupt govt officials wanted to use his company to steal and launder public funds.

This was what he was central to in the Stella Odua case.

Why ignore that episode that was a major scandal involving his company ?

I don’t care about Stella’s case, that is not the topic. When the topic came out I must have commented on it too. I don’t care where any criminal hails from, a criminal is a criminal

You have been implicated in a major scandal involving the illegal purchase of two vehicles through an agency that never captured those cars in their budget but were compelled by the minister to purchase it for her official use despite her having several luxury SUVs attached to her office .

And to make matters worse the vehicle was imported into Nigeria using an import waiver not for said vehicles and then you billed the agency in question what they said they are going to pay for it which is more than 300% the cost of the vehicles which you knew clearly was a round tripping money laundering operation.

But today you ignore this major scandal and begin to tell us another story.

Stella's case is more than relevant because it predates what ever case Maduka is preaching here

Cosmos didn't lie a Bullet proof BMW 7 series cost about 650 thousand dollars , do the maths there was nothing wrong with the price of that car .. Today APC is Buying one Bullet proof car for 1.5 billion

Maduka should not have selective amnesia in calling out attempted money laundering and round tripping using his firm.

Why is he vocal about the Plateau case but silent and in full accomplice to Stella Odua's case that made national headlines and had him forced to confess before a senate committee that he did increase the cost on the invoice as requested by NCAA officials on behest of the minister, Stella Odua.
