2027: If President Tinubu Loses FCT, Rivers, I Will Resign As Minister - Wike

The FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, stated this while meeting members of the Apo Traders Association in Abuja, saying while Rivers State is his home, Abuja is where he works and he cannot afford to lose in both places.

He said; "the presidential election is on January 16, 2027. By January 17, 2027, I will announce my resignation as FCT Minister should the President lose in Rivers State and the FCT. "

What was the special thing that Wike did for Tinubu that will make him throw everyone under the bus for him? Makinde did more for Tinubu but Tinubu betrayed him for Wike. Tinubu got 450,000 votes in Oyo as opposed to the paltry 231,000 (rigged) votes he got in Rivers. Tinubu got more votes in Zamfara (298,000) than he got in Rivers. Yet, I have seen Tinubu lackeys insulting the Zamfara State governor because of Wike. Noise is not equivalent to substance. Tinubu only needed Wike in destroying the PDP which he has already achieved.
