Some of u dont know how ugly it is for our politicians to be traveling out for medicals. It is like German politicians coming to nigeria for medicals. But Nigerians are used to suffering, bad leadership, so it is normal for us already.

Those foreigners come to SA to settle in those same zinc houses, where do you think a dirt poor Zimbabwean or Malwaian that just crossed a border illegally gets to live? A house?in many cases they add new ones close to city centers, these are some of the many reasons theres a general fatigue towards foreigners..they are a burden

Also, please dont get it twisted, there's no immigrant group that's outdoing actual South Africans, we are some of the most prosperous blacks on the continent, notwithstanding the inequality

Absolutely not true.. there have been countless hospitals built by the new government post 94.. there are state of rhe art hospitals all over South Africa, from the poorest areas to the wealthiest estates.. what's even better, public Healthcare is free... lets stop attributing positivity and progress only to white people
