I´m a Chosen, who are you? The God of Chosen is always making a name for Himself even in faraway Johannesburg, South Africa.

During our Sunday service, the God of Chosen revealed His incredible power, showing Himself to be the undeniable Protector of His people. What could have turned into a tragic event transformed into a powerful testimony of divine preservation, leaving everyone in awe of God's mighty hand.

On that unforgettable Sunday morning, around 8:00 a.m., the brethren arrived at the church to find our branch pastor already inside, preparing the space for the service. As we walked in, we were greeted by a rather unusual and unsettling sight: birds had left droppings on several chairs and near the altar. It felt strange, so we joined the pastor in cleaning and arranging the chairs to get the sanctuary ready for worship.

Not long after, a sister entered the church and started opening the windows. She suddenly caught a whiff of a very unpleasant and odd smell. Concerned, she peered outside and spotted a man wandering onto the church grounds. She called out to him, asking what he was looking for. The man replied in Zulu that he was just checking out the cars. It later became clear that he was allegedly part of a gang that had come earlier to scout the church.
The Sunday service began, and at around 10:13 a.m., our branch pastor started introducing the message. But just ten to fifteen minutes later, armed r0bbers burst into the church, plunging the atmosphere into fear and chaos.

The attackers began firing at the pastor at the altar. In the midst of this terrifying ordeal, the brethren raised their voices, declaring with unwavering faith, “I AM A CHOSEN!” They called upon the name of the Lord, trusting in His power and protection.

According to the account of the incident, as the pastor and the brethren repeatedly proclaimed, “I am a Chosen ,” the armed r0bber who are you, the r0bber kept shooting at him, yet the bullets reportedly failed to penetrate his body.

As the shocking incident unfolded, the attackers unleashed a barrage of bullets at the Branch Pastor, but to everyone’s astonishment, none of the bullets managed to pierce his body. They also fired at another brother, yet he emerged unscathed as well. Realizing their assault had failed, the criminals panicked and tried to escape.

The brethren quickly sprang into action, chasing after them. During the pursuit, one of the suspects tossed a gun into a nearby bush, hoping to hide it. As the attackers made a dash for the bus they had arrived in, the brethren, along with some neighbors, managed to catch one of them. They then searched the bush and successfully retrieved the discarded gun.

Not long after, four police officers arrived on the scene, including a female officer. They explained that they couldn’t start taking statements until they confirmed the Branch Pastor’s condition, as he had already been rushed to the hospital for treatment and medication.

To everyone’s relief and surprise, the Branch Pastor returned to the church about an hour later. The police then approached him to take his statement. They also entered the church, where they found bullet casings and other evidence of the shooting scattered around.
The officers then went to where the captured suspect was being held, handcuffed him, and placed him in a police van as the investigation continued.

Meanwhile, a large crowd of neighbors and passers-by had gathered, many visibly shocked by the events. Some openly expressed their disbelief, saying they had never seen anything like it before. They were left wondering how more than six bullets could be fired at someone without causing any harm.

In awe, some of the onlookers shared their belief that this was a clear demonstration of God’s mighty power. They expressed their conviction that the church truly serves the living God.

It happened on a sunday morning (11th of Oct 2026), when men of the under world stormed a branch of The Lord´s Chosen at TURFFONTEIN JOHANNESBURG SOUTH AFRICA, they opened fire on the pastor of the branch and shot him 6 times and also opened fire on a brother but none of the bullets penetrated after the pastor, the brother and the congregation declared themselves "I´m a Chosen, who are you".

I believe some atheists have been through difficult situations and, instead of waiting patiently on God, they become discouraged and turn away from Him. Others may be unwilling to forsake their sins or accept anyone telling them about God’s judgment. So, they choose not to believe in God rather than surrender to His authority. But rejecting God does not make Him cease to exist, and refusing to believe His Word does not cancel the coming judgment. The truth remains the truth, whether we believe it or not.

Are you born again? And you don't seem to understand how God works since time immemorial. you don't understand the deep things of God. It's pathetic!

Pastor Lazarus Muoka told us back in 2005/2006 that whenever we encounter danger that threatens our lives, we should declare, "I am a Chosen!" three times and ask the danger, "Who are you?"

At first, it may sound foolish to those who don't understand. But the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 1:27 that God has chosen the foolish things of this world to confound the wise.

Since Pastor Muoka made this declaration, God has continued to confirm the word of His message through testimonies. To us, this is a covenant instruction, and we have continued to see testimonies that strengthen our faith.

Thank God this latest incident happened in South Africa. If it had happened in Nigeria, some unfortunate people would have rushed to social media to mock The Lord's Chosen, claiming it was arranged. But now that it happened in South Africa, involving members who are also South African indigenes, where are all those mockers?

God knows how to vindicate those He has called for His purpose. If God calls you, He will also equip you.

Remember that woman whose testimony went viral some time ago, claiming she was shot at but the bullets did not penetrate her body. She also testified about collecting an AK-47. Many people used that testimony to ridicule The Lord's Chosen and make caricatures of us.

Now, another extraordinary testimony has emerged in South Africa, yet those who were quick to mock us seem unusually quiet.

But whether people believe or doubt these testimonies, our faith remains in God. Not every act of God will make sense to the natural mind.

Keep doubting if you want. 😂 Perhaps one day, members of your own family will start becoming Chosen in droves, and then you may begin to understand what you have been ridiculing!

You seem not to understand what is called INDIVIDUAL RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD. Everyone has a personal relationship with God, but not everyone has the same depth of relationship with Him.

When Apostle Arome claimed he was taken to heaven, saw Jesus, and experienced many other things with God, many people condemned him, mocked him, and made caricatures of him. Sadly, some of these people call themselves Christians.

This is what happens when people judge another person's experience with God based on their own limited understanding.

God does not enter into covenants with people anyhow. It takes deep love, genuine faith, and faithfulness in obedience to His Word. This goes beyond being a nominal Christian who merely identifies with Christianity without a deep walk with God.

Your relationship with God is personal. Don't assume that because you have not experienced something with God, nobody else can experience it.

So where is the evidence that the pastor and members were shot at? You showed a man caught, with pictures of a gun and bullet casings. No cameras working then? No CCTV. Nothing?

We don't have CCTV cameras in most of The Lord's Chosen branches. We hardly install them, except at the headquarters, where we have some. Remember, these are branches where we are still doing our best to put things in place.

What we have are the aftermath videos, recorded after the armed robbers took to their heels when they discovered that their bullets were not penetrating the bodies of the branch pastor and the moderators. Our members went after them and managed to capture one of the robbers.

Now, do you honestly think a whole church like The Lord's Chosen would joke about something as serious as this?

In the first place, The Lord's Chosen has recorded several testimonies of God's power and protection in Nigeria. Yet, some of you keep mocking us, acting as though we are dreaming or making up stories. Now, a similar testimony has reportedly emerged outside Nigeria, in South Africa, and some of you still refuse to take it seriously!

Do you know how challenging it can be to pastor in South Africa, where xenophobia is a serious concern? Thank God that many of our brethren there are indigenous South Africans. They were among those who gave accounts of what happened, and even neighbours around the branch reportedly testified to the incident.

As for those who have made up their minds to ridicule The Lord's Chosen, keep doubting! At this rate, you may wake up one day to discover that members of your own family have become Chosen! 😂😜
