I’ve not been in the country, my SIM card has been inactive. I just noticed that the nimber is on WhatsApp. What can I do to get this person without involving the police

It was moved via USSD transfer

Sorry about this issue. If you have other number tied to your other bank account, please do Keep my number subscription.

It varies from 1 year, 3 years or 5 years. Also never keep funds in account that is active. You can write Email to your bank to place PND on it.

Dear OP, why haven't you reached out to your bank to update the phone number on your account as numbers are reassigned when they become dormant.

There's no need getting the person rather getting your money back is what is important by flagging the account the money went to, because your SIM could have been reassigned to an innocent person after looting your account. Talk to your bank let them give you the requirements.
