Social commentator, Isaac Fayose, has claimed that the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, stands no chance of winning in three of Nigeria’s 10 states with the highest number of registered voters without rigging.

In a video shared on his official Facebook page on Tuesday, Fayose listed the states as Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Rivers, Oyo, Delta, Benue, Ogun and Bauchi.

Describing the ruling party as a bully, Fayose further claimed that the APC lacks grassroots popularity, insisting that it is relying solely on its control of federal power.

The businessman also questioned why the ruling party allegedly failed to allow the opposition to campaign in states as the January election approaches.

He said, “These are the states with the highest votes, Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Katsina, Rivers, Oyo, Delta, Benue, Ogun and Bauchi States. APC can’t win three out of them without rigging yet they said they are strong.

“You are strong because you have the police, the army and the rich people but you are not strong on the street. You all are bullies.

“If you people are sure of yourself, why not allow free and fair elections? Why are you stopping us from campaigning.

“Allow free, fair and credible elections and we will know who is the boss and who is a bully.”

APC cannot win Katsina, let's be realistic. In fact, APC will lose the NW and the NE. The margin of the defeat will determine the outcome of the election.

That said, I still believe Tinubu will win. Outrightly winning a state will not matter too much in the forthcoming presidential election. In 2023, Tinubu lost Lagos, Kano, Katsina, and Osun. Yet, across these four states, he got around 2 million votes, representing 33% of Obi's votes or 30% of Atiku's votes. At the moment, Tinubu will come at least second in almost every state in Nigeria. That should seal the deal for him, except the NW break massively (the Buhari way) in favour of Atiku.

Atiku really upset the cart by announcing that he would return subsidy. Whether you agree or not, the dynamics of the 2027 elections changed after that announcement. Atiku currently even has more momentum than Peter Obi.

President Tinubu and Atiku received zero votes at Peter Obi's polling unit, not even the agents of both parties voted for the party they are representing.

You see why Peter Obi and his supporters are dullards. President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will not have to rig, the 2027 election will be much more easier for him than that of 2023. He will finish a close second in any state he doesn't win whether in the north or south. Same cannot be said of Peter Obi in the north or Atiku Abubakar in the south.

Jagaban is one touch, not a frustrated perennial loser like Obi cheesy

Atiku will win. Tinubu didn't win Katsina in 2023 when Buhari was alive. Atiku won. Now that it seems Tinubu is getting more unpopular in the North, I see Atiku winning Katsina by a bigger margin. It still does not change my believe that Tinubu will get enough votes to retain his seat.

Rivers contributed only 231K votes to Tinubu in 2023. If you give Tinubu zero votes in Rivers and add the 231k votes to Obi's, it would not change the outcome of the election. Besides, when the election results were recomputed in Rivers by the BBC, it showed that Tinubu got around 150k votes, but Obi won.

The 2027 elections should be about more than political arguments and party supremacy. What Nigerians need are credible leaders who understand the people's challenges and are ready to represent their interests. Every constituency also deserves leaders who can bring fresh ideas and meaningful development to their communities. For the people of Yagba West Constituency 2, Apst. Prof. Amb. Bandele Oluwafemi Ayodele of ADP is worth considering. Let's look at the candidates, examine their track records and plans, and make informed decisions at the polls. Ultimately, our votes should count towards a better future for our communities.

APC will win or come a close second in each state he mentioned.

Kaduna, Katsina, Benue, Oyo and Ogun will be carried easily by APC.

The same Atiku that can't even win his Ward in Adamawa state, few months ago his Ward executive body suspended him from ward level of ADC and called a ward press conference to announce it

APC has Katsina sir. The ADC is empty there. There's no way Atiku can have bloc votes up north

Another Ignoramous. APC does not need to win all the states. APC just needs to be 2nd in states they do not win. That was what they did in Osun, Anambra and so on. It is about running up the numbers. Even in the Ward election in Abuja, the only ward not won by APC, APC came 2nd. That is the GOAL.

The only people scared are the Senators and Governors because they need to win outright to be declared winner. PBAT will win easily because we will spend our money and ensure he does. We know things are tough, but we know ATIKU and OBI cannot put together a team to rescue Nigeria. If they could, they would have done it in their own states as Governors lol.
