I think this looting is an African thing from our upbtinging of lack and poverty around us so when we finally get high up there the first instinct to never be broke or suffer poverty again is to loot and amass wealth beyond what is needed because look at the foreigners they seem to live life for just themselves with no need for excess greed and looting. They seem to understand that the basic needs of a man is food, shelter and security.
