You are right. This has always been my opinion. APC is finding it difficult to fight two way opposition. They don't know exactly where to concentrate their propaganda machinery and power of frustration.
Having only one candidate will make it easy for them. The two way opposition is making the election tougher for APC, the more reason APC have been on over drive despite have about 33 governors

I would have loved the opposition to be together but I have realized that one compromised judgment can render the party impotent and cause widespread chaos. This administration is not ready to play by the rules thus the opposition shouldn't put all her eggs in one basket this isn't 2015.

The multiple front is deliberate and consistent with the tenets of democracy which offers the electorates more choices. AA and PO are the major opposition threats, one from the north, one from the south. The minor candidates are Duke and Makinde all working in one direction which could be made known a few days to the election. There is also Apc members who are pro opposition.
