If it was not a bribe then why was the payment not receipted?

There is no place anywhere in the world where a person will make a payment of $2.1 million and not demand written documentation of the payment which states the amount and the reason or purpose for such payment!!!

Who does a $2.1m dollar real estate deal with cash? The claimants' lawyer if aware should be beaten and debarred. Also, I thought they said the witness was Sandy Onoh before how come the lawyer is now saying the witness is two young men? This is more of election propaganda to me.

And rather than transfer the funds electronically, they withdrawal it in cash and handed over in cash. For what purpose exactly?
