Looks like Donnaruma has grown complacent and stopped developing as a keeper. Hon3stly I havent seen any growth in him since the Milan days. I have been following him cos years ago i felt he could be the succesor to Neuer

His feet sorting has been a problem for long and he hasnt worked on it. Plus his play from the back is weak compared to Ederson or Raya. He is also weak at crosses and gets bullied . With his height he just doesnt impose himself in his box like say a Neuer. You wont come close to a Neuer Lehaman or Kahn at crosses but attackers are not afraid to go body Donnaruma while he just flaps like a sissy looking for ref protection and whistle

I still remember one CL game when PSG played Madrid and they were leading comfortably until Donnaruma fumbled a routine backpass by counting legs and Benzema started the usual Madrid Remontada

Beyond the occasional great saves he doesnt offer more

Raya looks firmly better than him at this point

I will be joyous the day that guy leaves Spain cause he's basically a cheat code when it comes to goaltending. If he had good feet too it'll have been worse. Donnarumma should work seriously to get his form back though
