The first time I heard stereotypes about Ebonyi people from an Anambra indigene and the audacity the Anambra indigene had to say it to the face of the Ebonyi indigene, I was shocked. I am still in shock that I can never share the ungodly stereotype anywhere afterwards.

And this unfortunate incident happened here in Lagos Yorubaland, far away from the south east o They brought the stereotype against the Ebonyi people all the way to Yorubaland!

What the parents should have done is to not accept gift of shop and house rent and other cash from a man who they consider to be less than them in ranking even though he is igbo but they cannot allow her to marry.

Why defraud the man when they know they cannot allow their daughter to marry a group of people that you say are of less value than you as they call ebonyi people.

Why should they say all Ebonyi people should leave Anambra because of this. Let the man face the law but for you to say all Ebonyi people to leave the state is the greatest discrimination of all time. Hausa of Sokoto can never discriminate against Hausa of Kano or Kebbi or Yobe. I am disappointed in all Anambra people. Later the people will be crying of marginalization in Nigeria

Which kind talk u dey talk so? So because someone was murdered they should now expel all Ebonyi people from Anambra, is that what u are saying? Do u know the hard crimes most Igbo people commit all over the world? So because some few Igbos decide to be nuisances to the societies, does that now mean all Igbos should be expelled back to their place?
