From what I know, his comic series on Mr Miracle is among the best for that universe.

Also Woman of Tomorrow is widely regarded as the best Supergirl contemporary comics.

Tom King's writing style is not good for live action at all. The few hit comic series he has are still boring. There are far better writers like Jonathan Hickman and Scott Snyder that are all about action and depth, Tom King is a Pvssy.

Yeah, I remember the name Scott Snyder. Dude was GOATED in Batman comics and Justice League series if I remember correctly. I think he did some Wonder Woman comics iirc.
Then there's one female writer Gail Simone that's top tier and reverred for making the best Wonder Woman comics.

That woman make me prefer WW over Superman comics back then alongside the JL Dark series.
Then there's that guy that wrote that old man Superman comic run.
I don use style dey forget comic writers. I can't remember the year I read comics last sef. And I barely follow the ongoings these past few years asides the few well publicised new runs I come across on Twitter.

The OG GOATED king remains Neil Gaiman for me. I still remember most events from his comics.

The Tom King Wonder Woman's run has been mid for me and its been more than 10yrs he has been on it. I heard he might be ending the run cos Gunn has given him more responsibilities in the DCU so atleast there is some good news that'll birth more bad news.
Simone wrote wonder woman for 3 years and many people have more fond memories of her run than Tom pvssy King.

I wish Gunn partnered more with people like Gaiman more often, tbh Gunn is kinda sus with the people he likes to work with. Them wan use "mid" wound us for this DCU

I like Lanterns, but that finale was ass and the disrespect to Hal Jordan? ...ewww

I didn't like Lanterns at all, to me it felt like an experiment on how much they could ragebait me. Bro if you don't have the budget for a Lanterns series then don't do it, introduce them in the main movies but no, they mixed the low budget with Tom King🤮.
Him and Geoff Johns need to stay away from anything live action.

Well, Gaiman seems cancelled by Hollywood at the moment.

Yeah, Gunn has had sketchy people in the writers room for the DCU. Funny enough Tom King I think is the main guy in the writers room as well as Gunn. So dude ain't probably going anywhere anytime soon.

Then there's that lady that Gunn somehow gave Supergirl script to as well as Wonder Woman and another project to write. Christina Hodson abi wetin be her name.

I'm not really going to join the bandwagon and say the DCU is mid or off to a rocky start. It's pretty early.
Only poor project in full consensus to me has been Supergirl. Creature Commandos was pretty good. Peacemaker S2 I'm yet to watch. Lanterns was great asides the lore issues. Superman was good for me, going back to his roots and what he's known for.
Clayface looks like a win by all indications too.

This means 3 wins vs 1 flops going by what I've watched so far.

I just feel people are misremembering how things stand and overblowing it out of proportion and being purposely harsh to DC. In my experience, DC projects has always been measured by a different metric as compared to Marvel.

Because Cupertino is not the kind of show that gets people talking the way you are expecting.
However good show so far. I like Silicon Valley setting. Offers something different to other law tv shows. I hope it gets enough traffic to not get cancelled by CBS

Carrie is a solid 9/10 for me.
Finally something that reminds us of how teen series used to be like.
It's been a long time coming because for almost a decade, we craved for something that reminds us of series like witches of the east end, secret circle etc.

Carrie delivered on our expectations and over delivered in the script.
Another aspect of this series that totally took my breath away are the song choices.
Whoever is responsible for the song choices deserves a raise.
One of my most favourite song highlight is the lana Del Rey's song that came up in episode 7 and the starting of episode 8.
Do you know that there is a tunnel under ocean Boulevard

The song didn't Just rhyme with that episode but it added mystery and magic to the episode finale.

Kudos to all the casts especially the mom, even though we will miss her and Yeah we need a season 2 ASAP because this story Just can't end like this.
It's much more bigger than Carrie and we need to see the other side of it.

Omo! This Dark Matter series ehn. They can decide to stretch it to 100 seasons, and you'll still not understand how it's going.

I just dey watch am in my free time these days. So many Jasons, Ryans and Leighton that one can actually keep up with.
