For business owners here, do you think having a website is still important when most customers discover businesses through WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook?

Personally, I think a website gives a business a more permanent online presence. It gives customers somewhere to properly see what you offer, learn about your business and contact you without having to dig through social media posts.

But I’d like to hear from other business owners:

**Does your business currently have a website? If not, what’s stopping you from getting one?**

I’m a website designer/developer, so I’m also interested in hearing what business owners actually look for when they decide to build a website.

This new week, we’ll be working on a website for a marketing agency, from design to development. Looking forward to seeing how this one turns out. 👨‍💻

One thing I’ve noticed from building websites for business owners over the years is that getting visitors is only half the job. What matters is how easily those visitors become paying customers.

Your website can help you understand what people are looking for, which services attract the most interest, and where potential customers drop off. That insight can help you make better business decisions, not just improve your online presence.

It’s been a really busy week for me, working on new websites and updating a past client’s website. Between the designs, development, and making sure everything comes together properly, there’s been quite a lot to do.

But that’s part of the process. One project at a time, one step at a time.

Over the weekend, I got a new lead from a business owner who needs a website for his business.

He sent over the requirements, and one of the most important features he wants is a consultation system where customers can book and pay for consultations directly on the website.

I like projects like this because it’s not just about building a website, but making sure it serves the business and makes things easier for its customers.
