Can an APC supporter try this in Anambra with Obi posters?

Certainly not!
Soludo is not even allowing Obi's supporters to post any poster in anambra.

Do you by chance remember this story?
seunmsg:
He won't live to tell the story. We all saw what happens to the elderly man that wanted to vote for Tinubu in Anambra state in 2023. If that kid had been allowed to continue with the nonsense he was doing, he would have been dealt with y now. DSS simply rescued him with the arrest.

Yoruba don’t abandoned their own can you say the same about your people?perhaps tearing down opposition posters is just preamble and I really wish they are not tearing anyother poster down except Peter Obi own, wait until we actually show you that Lagos is not no man’s land . At the moment keep thanking government because they are the one saving you from what is about to befall you it is a must we let you know the owner of the Land.
U are just noisemakers and chest beaters. Fulanis were killing and displacing ur people and even kidnapping children and beheading a school teacher but it is igbos and Obi that is ur problem. Do u think u apc yorubas are ok in the head? Cos i know its not all yorubas that think like this. Look at the way una dey think. Its not normal na. undecided

Its government thats saving who? What do u want to do exactly if them born u well? undecided

Candidates and support groups spend millions to print posters in order to pass their message to the people. No individual that is not acting on behalf of the state should be allowed to destroy the campaign materials of political parties they don't support. It is even worse when such behaviors are recorded and posted on social media with such impunity.

If the DSS allow this to pass, this kind of behavior will become a free for all. The entire political space will become very toxic and those in the majority will start taking the law into their hands. In fact, this very small boy will be planned for and harmed if DSS had not intervened. I can't even imagine what will happen to anybody that try this with Peter Obi poster in Anambra.

Kudos to the DSS for quickly arresting this cretin. It is the right thing to do in this circumstances.
The evil party started it first. Start from there. Nigeria and Nigerians no normal this period.

Do anyhow in this political drama period, and tease the DSS with it, then you too will learn the hard way.

Ask Elrufai your mentor, and he will tell you some hard lessons of life. Now that he has seen the other side, his life will never remain the same.
Shut up there.....

DSS is now part of APC abi?

Don't worry, you will see the worst very soon. We told PDP and they were being stupid like you people today.

It looks impossible abi, but don't worry Una eyes go clear like PDP very soon.

If it were you speaking, you would know that it's an aberration for DSS to arrest someone for paper vandalism, call or no call.
I ask you again, do you know the meaning of DSS? Or is all this hate because your brother is supporting Obi making you blind to what DSS stands for?
Or do you simply refuse to see it?

If opposition makes a petition for the Edo State chairman, same will apply to him as well .
Jarett was invited by the DSS in Edo state for a chat after making the stupid statement about "AK47 fire", he went and I believe was suitably chastised.

Of course, it doesn't mean he won't misyarn again as that is his wont.

Though I am not in support of vandalism, I thought it was illegal to deface Lagos state with paper posters. Those involved in pasting these posters should be taken/invited by DSS too

But we've seen the Chairman of APC in Edo state literally threaten violence severally against Peter Obi and NDC members but he continues to walk free. Not even an invite by the DSS. Selective justice is how nations fail. The last time someone brought evidence of APC members tearing posters of opposition parties, Seunmsg claimed it happened in March and we are now in October.

Nigerian laws are on holiday in March
That's APC hypocrisy for you

You know the issue with a threat you'll have to go to court and prove it beyond reasonable doubt because it's a criminal charge, here you have the individual committing the crime recording his own crime and tagging the law enforcement agency to act.

It's either madness or idiocy, because he'll struggle to prove to a judge remember we don't have jury trials in Nigeria so you'll have to prove to a judge that what he is seeing that you recorded of your own free will is somehow false.
Same double standard. Hope you are this continent or you've gone to moon, when the video was circulating about? What more do you need and our intelligence department looked other way. There are so many threatening videos of APC members but our intelligence department were nowhere to be found because it wasn't opposition members. Clap for yourself. Again an ignorant rendition by you.

I have legal experience as a juror in a criminal court and I can tell you no department of public prosecution would bring a case against a politician who makes reckless statements while in campaign, because you'll have to prove a direct link between his incitement and criminal actions, he/she must be explicitly liable; you'll have to do so beyond reasonable doubt because it's a criminal charge.

If it were civil where a victim brought a case that would be different, but even the victim would have to overcome the issue of freedom of speech.

Here we have an individual committing a crime, damage to property and recording same crime while also notifying the individuals who would otherwise arrest the committal of the same crime. Thay boy is either under a spell or he is medically insane

I see
So according to your logic, breakers of the law are at liberty to choose their preferred agency for their arrest
I hope if Bello Turji calls Tinubu to come and arrest him, you'll insist on Tinubu going to oblige the murderer
Cause APC data boys logic no just dey make sense

First off, I am not APC. Secondly, I am not saying I agree with DSS hooking the guy, I am just saying he invited them and they accepted his invitation. Chikena.

Thankfully you have said you are a junior in a criminal court, hence, that have exonerated you from my backlash.
Where the place of incitement? If I may ask you, what law permit any politician to incite the public against the citizens? Please I am waiting for you to answer me. There are not less than 5 APC members that have been caught inciting the public against electorate but our Intelligence department was on holiday or should I say sabbatical leave. Aside the senator from Osun state that was invited by the police and till date nothing was heard about it again.

I never claimed to be a junior in a criminal court,
I made it clear why a criminal case for incitement has always been difficult to prosecute: the issues of context and freedom of speech. Many people make inflammatory statements but stop shy of outright criminality, because a criminal conviction has to be beyond a reasonable doubt.
