It's still on record that the $460 million dollar Abuja CCTV project initiated in 2010 and awarded to ZTE Corporation is unaccounted for and the Federal Government in May 2026 admitted it has no detailed records of local contractors or missing inventory tied to the $460 million project which is now a scandal
