It high time we stop using some nafdac approved tooth paste but yet not working i av come up wit a remedy to brown teeth, to reduce the use of hard brush an iron sponge for teeth scrubbing: it medicinal an very essential for a healthy gum.... D ingredients are palm kernel husk, aloe vera, chewing stick, limes, and salt....
Method:- burn the palm kernel husk to ash, mixed d ash wit an aloevera extract an some salt an scrub d teeth hard b4 rinsing d mouth with warm water dat is diluted wit salt
Then eat your chewing stick to a brush head an deep it in d lime solution or extract an still brush your teeth hard wit dat, add a little salt as u brush... Then rinse again with the warmsalt water solution..... Finally, used apple seeds..... , yes i mean apple seeds dis workes the wonder grind it an apply on the teeth for 2 - 3 mins before finally rinsing....
Observations:on the first time or day your teeth while change from it usual brown colour to eventual whitening...... Continuing process within 2weeks would give you a whitening teeth an healthy gum as shown below:

Lime juice is very acidic, burnt palm kernel husk contains a high level of potash which is a very strong alkali. The combination of these two can erode the enamel of your teeth in the long run. This is not a good option for people with sensitive tooth and thin enamel.
