We must play mainly defensive to conserve energy and breath and then rely only on counter-attacks against them with fast attackers like Ahmed Musa and Brown Ideye as well as Emenike. Bolivia and Ethiopia have one thing in common - High Altitude that makes soccer players gasp for breath. I was in Addis Ababa late last year and can testify to the high altitude. That is why most people cannot beat them in long distance races. Bolivia is 13,000 ft above sea level. Addis Ababa lies at an altitude of 7,546 feet. If care is not taken some players could pass out. If there is any FIFA window available I would suggest an emergency friendly match with Bolivia's Senior national team in La paz. Before South Africa had problems with Ethiopia who qualified ahead of South Africa for the next round despite 3 points being deducted from their unassailable points advantage.
