Agagu developed his hometown and fed peanuts to the remaining areas. Why do you think a lot of people were angry with him? Agagu performed but it was very woeful generally.

Can you compare his tenure with what Pa Adefarasin's? Adefarasin tried his bit. The only thing i dislike was the citing of AAUA in his hometown(Akungba) instead of Akure. Aaua would have a lot of prestige now if it was in Akure and not that village.

i don't c anything wrong with him citing AAUA in Akungba since FUTA is already in Akure,same way Agagu cited OSUSTECH in okitipupa,his LGA

It is nt unexpected anyway,the Pdp govs who defected to apc were given the party structure.And u dont expect a sitting gov to be controlled by his party members.The aggrieved members can defect to either apc or labour party.And there is a room for them to return back to pdp after taking power from mimiko in 2017.We are in Nigeria where anything goes.pdp in ondo is already divided bf the arrival of mimiko,it has pdp gbasibe and pdp jagaban.Definitely,mimiko is enjoying the unflinching support of pdp gbasibe.And as it is,the national leadership of the pdp needs mimiko more than it needs the aggrieved members.To say the fact,mimiko has lost his hitherto popularity among the people of ondo state and i wil nt be surprised if people vote massively for alternative party in the coming elections.
