I have heard lots of scary stories about ghosts since when I was a kid and yet I have never encountered any ghost. Worst still, those who normally tell these stories always claim it happened to someone they know and not they themselves. Yet, the believe in ghosts keeps spreading and of course, the numerous religions in the world today seem to be reinforcing it. Sometime ago, i recall, when I lived in a public compound (the face me I slap you type) in the north, my neighbours then, for the fear of encountering a ghost, will not go out to pee but will instead store up the urine in a container till morning. I was later to learn that this practice is not uncommon in the west, especially among the Yorubas.
Honestly I'm curious. Why will someone be so filled with fear for something he/she has never seen?

So the question is Do Ghost Exist? If they do, have you ever seen one or know someone who has? And pls tell us, what do these ghosts look like?

If you want to be so sure, you can venture into the research... Take video camera and walk into Atan or Ikoyi Cemetery to spend just three nights.

Ecclesiastes 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
Nothing like ghosts. They don't exist. The Spirit which is the breathe of life goes back to the giver at death.

Absolutely Yes! Ghost do Exit, although I av'nt witnessed any... But take Dogs as an Example, you can imagine you see them barking whenever they see Spirit Being passing by.
Some years back, I was made to knw dat water gotten from bamboo tree could be used to see the unseen spirit. (unconfirmed though)@OP you can give a trial

I have encountered many.They were even suprised that I could see them when no 1 could.The good Ghosts are not violent.They r very patient,loving,gentle etc.But when I encountered d bad ones,all dey do is to seek revenge for their soul

I have seen one before.ghosts are very real.

Read those two passages and compare. It is just body and Spirit. The soul is likened to so many things in the bible.
It is just body plus spirit which is your being.

Ecclesiastes 3:18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts. 3:19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. 3:20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again. 3:21 Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth?
Also take a look at James 2:26.

thats usuall with dogs, when ever they hear strange sounds or see somethings, they get aroused
