This afternoon we heard a louder sound beside my lodge.....we just came out and notice that one uncompleted lodge has collapse due to poor planning here is the photo below

Just look at the substandard materials used for the building kinda wish the engineer and the own of the building are all inside. what if it has been completed and people's children are living inside? Would have wasted some generation. Just keep wondering why people will use their money to buy cheap and substandard building materials   1 Like |

In fact the owner was shouting and saying that he collected loan from bank to build that building |

trulygirl:Why don't you point out the substandard materials you saw there for all of us to see. This building collapsing had nothing to do with substandard materials. This building collapsed due to poor engineering work. |

spyder880:Waiting.. The thing is, some owners force builders into compromising quality because of cost. I keep saying it's not a 'MUST' to build a house if you're not capable yet. Like a dude that said he could complete a 3 bedroom bungalow with just 50bags of cement including block work, plastering,columns, blinding etc and people wer praising him for being economical. 1 Like |
